Team Building Fun Day with WiseUp

180 Year 10 students ventured out to Gilwell Park for an unforgettable team building day—returning to school stronger, more connected, and united as a year group.

With our largest Year 10 cohort yet and many new faces joining our school community this term, the trip focused on a single key goal: building meaningful connections and genuine friendships. Away from the structure of the traditional classroom, students had the opportunity to collaborate and bond through active, shared experiences.

Led by the expert team at Wise Up Outdoor Education, students were split into dynamic teams and plunged into high-energy challenges, including dynamic problem-solving tasks and physical obstacles like "The Floor is Lava." The fast-paced activities required trust, strategic thinking, and clear communication, bringing everyone together in a fun, active environment.
