Secondary Garden Club
Posted on: 28 September 2026

Our Secondary Geography Garden Club has been hard at work making our green spaces flourish! Guided by Ms Azeska and Mr Cooke, members of the club recently embarked on an exciting project to give our playground olive trees a brand-new home in the Secret Garden.
Working collaboratively, the students carefully transplanted and repotted the trees in their new environment, giving them the best possible setup to thrive and gain a new lease on life. The hands-on session gave everyone the opportunity to get their hands dirty while learning practical skills about botany, environmental care, and sustainable gardening.
Projects like this highlight the enthusiasm our students have for taking care of our school environment and making Buxton a greener place for everyone.
